Originally designed as a residential building, the Client decided to shift the buildings purpose in recreating it into a luxury 5* boutique Hotel. We were awarded both the architectural redesign and extension, accommodating the 163 Guestrooms and Suites, as well as the interior design scope of works.

Two Courtyards form the core of the boutique Hotel having amenities allocated around, such as the outdoor swimming pool and dining terrace as well as the gym, spa, kids club and MICE facilities.

The speciality restaurant “Rasoi” by one of India‘s most renowned Chefs Vineet Bathia, honoured with two Michelin Stars, forms an integral part of the F&B offerings of the Hotel.

Since its opening, the Hotel has fast become a sought after and successful property.
