Ricec Radisson Blu is one of Riyadh’s latest landmark buildings with a striking structure, prominently located on King Fahad Road and embedded as an integral element of Riyadh’s International Conference and Exhibition Centre.

The design was driven by the competition brief to allow unobstructed views to the Exhibition Centre when approaching from King Fahad Road, which inspired our design to elevate one of the guestroom wings and have them carried by “v shape” columns, resulting in attractive shaded outdoor venues below.

Inclined façades create generous terraces for the long stay suites and further foster the dynamic spirit of its design. Shading façade elements provide privacy to the guest rooms and give a residential feel to the building. 

The Hotel’s core is its Entrance Lobby welcoming its guests in a generous double volume space further hosting the Lobby Lounge and its adjacent All-Day Dining Restaurant developed following Radisson’s “Larder” brand. A rooftop lounge as well as various Meeting and Board Rooms Facilities are aimed to cater to the Hotel’s business-oriented clientele and in extension to the Exhibition Centre.
