West Riyadh Land Development is a Master Plan Development located on Makkah Road embedded within the plateau of Najd.

In its Design we followed the developer’s aim to sell and develop the land in parcels to potential investors – and hence created a stageable masterplan based on a best-use analysis, defining the best mix and elements for this land with respect to its challenging topography.

This resulted in various project components such as educational campuses, mid to high end housing as well as commercial centers, and allocations for all required community services necessary for such mega development – in alignment with Riyadh authorities planning guidelines.

Constraints were shifted into opportunities, such as the power line crossing the site being developed and used as a central green zone and scenic terraced luxury Apartments were proposed on the steep slopes of the land.

The strategic land division based on best use studies increased the financial evaluation of the master development and illustrated and fostered the opportunities for future invest.
